Your Safety
Your safety and well being are of primary concern. Although the COVID-19 numbers are deminishing , we are proceeding cautiously. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent COVID-19 strains, to ensure everyone’s safety we ask that everyone adhere to the following:

COVID-19 Statement
Anyone registering for onsite Worship service or any other onsite activity certifies that they will not enter the premises if they have experienced any of the following within 48 hours of visiting the premises:
• Fever or chills
• Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea
You further certify that:
• You have not tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days.
• You are not currently awaiting results from a COVID-19 test.
• You have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 by a licensed healthcare provider (for example, a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, or other) in the past 10 days.
• You have not been told that you are suspected to have COVID-19 by a licensed healthcare provider in the past 10 days.
Any person entering the premises waives all civil liability against this premises owner and operator for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings.
If you cannot certify to the above statements, please worship with us online.
